The hotel was quite disappointing in some aspects but had its merits. The rooms were average, with cleanliness concerns and technical issues with the TV. The Cogie House provided a mix of experiences. The rooms were very tidy and spacious, which I loved, but unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue with crumbs on the floor, a used hair clip under the welcome folder, and even spiders found in the room and bed. The staff, especially Ryan, was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made a big difference to my stay.

The last-minute room swap with strangers was unexpected and unsettling, leading to a less-than-ideal start. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with various issues like dirt, crumbs, spiders, and even finding a spider in the bed on the second morning.
