Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was quite disappointing in some aspects but had its merits. The rooms were average, with cleanliness concerns and technical issues with the TV. The service was hit or miss, but the helpful staff made a positive impression. The location was not as convenient due to additional charges, though great for Tottenham Hotspur Stadium visitors. Dining options left much to be desired, especially during the winter months.
The Cogie House provided a mix of experiences. The rooms were very tidy and spacious, which I loved, but unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue with crumbs on the floor, a used hair clip under the welcome folder, and even spiders found in the room and bed. The staff, especially Ryan, was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made a big difference to my stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room I was given was one of the best I've had while staying in London, but it could do with a thorough cleaning in some areas. The last-minute room swap with strangers was unexpected and unsettling, leading to a less-than-ideal start. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with various issues like dirt, crumbs, spiders, and even finding a spider in the bed on the second morning.
